This is a wonderful speech. I am a Roman Catholic Christian. However, I am leaning now to the serenity and honesty of Buddhism. Anyway, These teachings are very inspiring. I am suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder. These teachings made? me realize the negative things that contributed badly to the persistence of my disorder. Thank you for posting this.
