    I found your slides often blurry and difficult to read, also speed was a bit too fast.

    I take St Johns Wort to help with anxiety and depression, and it’s great. But I’ll look into taking magnesium supplements as? well as from what I can work out, I’m getting less than half the RDI each day in my food.

    go to health store, buy bottle of CAL / MAG. it has proper balance of each mineral for supplementation.
    Protein blocks calcium absorption, dont be stupid and think that you get all the calcium you need from the cow hormone/antibiotic mess called “milk”. that “milk” has protein that blocks calcium absorption.     Magnesium is a MIRACLE so take at least 500mg along with foods high in it and stay away from diuretics and anything that will give you diahrea because you don’t want to lose it in your urine and feces………I know because I’ve had problems and know that these problems have gone away since adding it to my? supplement regime.

    I am 51yrs old and as strong as I was when I was 30.

    Thanks for this video…I absolutely agree that magnesium glycinate is superior and that magnesium oxide is worthless. Glycinate seems to be effective for a multitude of neurological based problems. Magnesium is utilized in over 300 bodily processes…a very necessary mineral to obtain? true health. God Bless you!

    @louisa192 I agree with loiusa, we need balance between calcium and? magnesium. the problem has been that calcium has been greatly over emphasized at the expense of magnesium. We need to restore that balance.

    well I have been taking magnesium (not oxide – usually glycinate or malate etc) for years and I still suffer from depression and anxiety. I also developed arrhythmia a year after? starting supplementation. I found out I needed to take calcium as well – I originally followed your advice George and I have to say I think you need to be careful advising people to avoid calcium for long periods of time. I ended up pushing myself into calcium deficiency. I still take Mag though…..
